Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We only ship within Canada.
Estimated delivery?
Typical standard delivery can range from 7-11 days. This includes a 2-5 day fulfillment time and a 4-5 day shipping estimate. This does not account for any delays due to postal strikes etc.
Will I be provided with a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be provided to you.
Do you provide custom orders?
Not at this time, but as we expand this is something we might look at doing.
What is the return/refund policy?
We are unable to accept returns at this time, all sales are final.
Where do the products ship from?
Generally our production partners will ship from the closest facility which is in Ontario, Canada. In the event that a product, or variation of a product, is out of stock at this facility, your shipment may come from a fulfillment facility in the United States.
